Christmas season trip to Dia's place in New Mexico
I leave my parakeets, Capt. Flint and Cecille Squawk, in Carol's able care, she assures me that Charley won't mind their presence.

We take walks in the desert near their place.
The El Paso Zoo has a great nightime Christmas At The Zoo walk; here lights simulate watering hole for tiger and leopards.
Some of the critters at the zoo seem interested in the unusual nightime activities.
Aquarium scenes with coral are at the El Paso Zoo too. They also are completing a Sea Lion show fine display there.
Another desert walk finishes with a view of archeticture and desert mountains at edge of civilization's path here.
