The KESTS to GEO would provide low cost, high efficiency, electrically powered lift for large spacecraft components, for construction at port facilities in GEO, free fall hard vacuum environment. Alread 91% up out of earth's gravitational well there in GEO, these large reaction engine propelled vehicles can be built for efficient access to the moon, asteroids, Mars and its 2 moons, and the moons of the large outer planets perhaps. The need return to GEO spaceort facilities, thus not need to re-enter the atmosphere or expend the energy wastefully when returning payload to the ground. Instead, the payload rides the electrically powered KESTS down to the ground.

GEO thus would provide a great waystation to space, for civilization.
